Can you have a public defender in Colorado for a civil case.?

I am being taken to court by Capitol One for not paying my credit card payment. They want me to fill out paper work or for me to go to court this Tuesday to resolve this. I currently have no job or money to pay for what they want me to pay. I live in Colorado and I was wondering what my options are and what I should do.
