Photography Question- I am wanting to do a photoshoot but some where indoors but public. Where?

I live Western Washington Around the capitol (Olympia,WA). But it is a very raining place to live. So there is a high possibitity that I will have to take their portraits indoors. But I want it to be some where public so they dont look to posed. Where are a few good suggestions of places to take indoor public portraits of a couple? Thanks for the help!
