Why can't I get financial help?

All I hear about is how a musicians have millions; how the banks get bail out money; how athletes spend millions in cars and homes... all I want is some financial help for my student loan. I've been trying to rid myself of the loan, but with my necessary expenses every month, I cannot. Why can't I get lucky? There is all this money in the lotto that all I am left to do is dream about one day winning it so I can pursue my studies a bit further and help my parents. Ugh!
