Is it ok to take the H1N1 vaccine?

i dont know if it is good to take the H1N1 vaccine or should i just refrain from taking it im scared of all this stuff about people taking it and getting the swine flu and the lady that took it and started walking backwards what do u thing of it ? have anyone u know taken it ?
