My mother in law has symptoms of Parkinson's but the doctors are now unsure of her diagnosis what could it be?

She wakes up during the night upset, with what appears to be delusions. Often talking about things that make no sense. She suffers from frequent urination, leg pains and inability to get in and out of bed on her own. Years ago she was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and was taking medication for it. Recently her doctor told her that she didn't have Parkinson's and stopped all medications. She was at one point having hallucinations, and was not able to control any bodily functions. Me and my Wife are worried for her and really need to put a name to what ails her so we can get her help.
