Will I have to move out of my 2 bd Section 8 apartment when kids move out? Or down grade? Lose ALL istance?

I am in OC, California and had 2 kids on Section 8 housing since they were little and always worked. I am scared now as my oldest son moved out and my youngest is 16. I am worried that when she too turns 18 and graduates from school that I may no longer qualify for housing and be forced to move out (what will I do with all my things and my furniture - where will I go)?
