I cont have a pc windows cd and i want to reboot my computer?

i lost all sound from my computer i think i deleted it some how and i want to get it back so im trying to reboot my computer back to factory settings and i dont have a pc windows cd i dont have any cd and i was wondering how to reboot with out using on some one please hel
