Around 10:40 a.m., Paul came into the kitchen to see Judy cooking. Paul shoved Judy away with his hand to drive her into the kitchen door, complaining. Paul held a pan in his right hand once but soon he put it back, then he pushed her with right hand against the door. Paul took off Judy's hat and bended down, moving his head close to Judy's face. He said to her, "Next time I will give you a small present", spitting into her face. After they argued for a couple of minutes, Paul went to the dining room. When Judy went to the microwave, Paul saw her and argued again, then he shoved her so hard that she stepped backward to fall onto the microwave.
