Do I have a cold, pneumonia, or bronchitis?

On Thursday night I went to bed with trouble breathing and some sneezing and minor coughing. When I woke up Friday morning I had a painful mucusy cough, runny nose, sneezing, and a hoarse voice. I took some Dayquil. At 9 PM I took a a nap to 11:30ish PM. I woke up feeling the same, brewed some tea, then took some Dayquil with the tea, which was strongly brewed. I stood up all night and I felt like $h!t. I had the same symptoms until like 5 AM when I watched Knocked Up followed by Avatar (2009) but I didn't watch it all because it sucked. On Saturday I lied in bed all day and I felt horrible. On Saturday night I felt like I would die. My nose was running a lot that day, and during the night I had a temperature of 102.33333333 (you get the point). Before I realized it I took a hot bath. Later on I took some NyQuil and went off to sleep. I woke up at 12 and I had the Friday morning symptoms but a little worst, like the dying feeling. I fell asleep at 3:30 and woke up at 12:30. Sunday I felt a little better. I couldn't do much, I was too weak like all other days. I developed a nasty cough with a yellow tint in the mucus. I feel weak when I walk and I get the night sweats. My chest hurts some and my hands fall asleep a lot. I have short breathing and got a pain in my throat. My eyes feel slow. My voice is crackyish. My nose isn't quite runny anymore. So simply, do I have a cold, bronchitis, or pneumonia?
