How do i get him to talk to me?

so i like this guyy and he sits beside me in homeroom and todday he sat beside me in lunch and it seems like he likes me cause he scooted way close to me at lunch and the problem is i have nothing ot talk about nothing to start a convorsation plus he is reallly quiet :/
