I was fired back in march 2007 from chrysler llc. i would like to know can i get my retirement pension money?

i was falsely arrested by the Detroit police an was in jail for three weeks. I went to arbitration but lost. So since i'm no longer with the company am I allowed to receive my retirement money or pension.
