Today, I bought L-Glutamine tablets, and TwinLabs' anabolic acid product. What effect would be to taking them both? And how should I take the anabolic liquid? It says 3 tablespoons every day, so should I take one, thirty minutes before I exercise, and two spoons, two hours afterwards? I'm not new to exercising, but Im definately new to nutrition and suppliments. Thank you for any help.
