Question for professional photographers!?

I am an amateur photographer and I use a 10.1 mp Canon Rebel XS. I have a friend of mine who wants me to take some family pictures so that she can blow one up really really huge to put over her fireplace. Even though I shoot in raw, my pictures are going to be blurry if she blows them up that big. What do I do to make it where she can blow them up that big? Will my camera even take a picture like that?
