Zooming in really close on a picture in Windows Movie Maker then slowing panning out?

I'm working on a teaser trailer and I have an image that I want to zoom in very close on then have the image slowly pan out over the course of 30 seconds or so, revealing some hidden stuff. Currently, I can make it slowly zoom out a little, but the shot doesn't start really tight in and I can't figure out how to do it. Any ideas?
