Back popped and painfull?

I was playing football and i was trying to dodge this dude so i tryed running the other way and i heard a pop in the middle of my back and after that it started to hurt. like when i walk/run/sit down/stand up/go up stairs there is this sharp pain the same spot as the pop. i did this 5 hours ago. I am 14 and a boy. should i tell my mom i need a cyropractor?
