Did something happen with WILLIAM/BILLY PETERSON?

I have a friend on facebook who knows marg.. we're big fans for csi, she left a comment on someones wall saying.. "sorry about billy! how's marg taking it?" .... so did something happen to him :O?! Or is it just because he's leaving csi? Anyone know any deats? let me know! thanks!
